Read inline validation
Scroll from the top and look for highlighted fields, short error messages or an unchecked consent control. The field-level notice is more useful than repeatedly pressing Submit.
- Check every required field for an error label.
- Re-enter a captcha only when the form shows one.
- Record the error before refreshing.
02
Correct common input mistakes
Mobile keyboards and autofill can add spaces, change case or insert a saved number in the wrong format. If +92 is already selected, follow the form's example and avoid duplicating the country code.
- Remove leading and trailing spaces.
- Make password and confirmation match exactly.
- Clear an invalid value from an optional field.
03
Handle repeated failure safely
If the same message remains after one careful correction, save a redacted screenshot and stop changing unrelated fields. Use a support route independently verified from the current entry.
- Keep the field name and error visible.
- Hide the password, OTP and full phone number.
- Do not ask strangers to fill the form for you.
